Welcome to The Guide to Healing, Growth, and Change Course, a learning experience built to help you find your path to fulfillment, health, and happiness, the brighter tomorrow you want & deserve.

Whether you struggle with mental health, are grappling with difficult life circumstances, are looking to release what binds you to your past, or just want to secure a better, brighter future, this course was built to help you get there fast.

Leveraging decades of clinical experience, education, research, and our personal transformative experiences, our team of health & wellness professionals, experts in their respective fields, have taken what we know works to help you to grow, heal, and change!

Our course is informed by well established, “evidence-based” practices, and the most leading-edge mind/body science. This includes research from the fields of psychobiology, behavioral neuroscience, neuroscience, emotion science, clinical psychology, Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), and positive psychology. In addition, we’ve included course tools and techniques borrowed from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma & somatic therapies, motivation & change research, Motivational Interviewing (MI), EFT, EMDR, and the ancient wisdom of mindfulness, meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, & yoga therapy.

If you follow along as the course is laid out here, there is simply no other outcome possible but Healing, Growth, and Change!

With every passing moment you are laying the foundation for your future life either with purpose and intention, or by default. The thoughts, emotions, decisions, and actions you take today, are what will create the experience you have tomorrow. If nothing changes, nothing changes.

This course is built upon leading edge science and research in mind and body science. In particular the course uses the 4-ways by which we can use the mind to facilitate brain health and healing (and vice versa) as per Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB). To learn more about IPNB click here.
